For Halloween parties and evening events, this black witch dress has thin shoulder straps, a softly draped cowl neckline and a gathered line that crosses toward one hip. The long skirt follows a narrow shape before opening at a high front-side slit, giving the gown movement while keeping its floor-length profile. The simple black color keeps focus on the neckline and draping.

1. Draped Cowl Neckline
The cowl neckline falls in soft folds across the front, creating a relaxed drape between the thin shoulder straps. This open upper shape keeps the neckline as the main detail without adding sleeves or a separate overlay.

2. Fine Shoulder Straps
Narrow straps leave the shoulders and arms uncovered. Their clean lines frame the cowl front and continue into the back, where the low curved edge keeps the sleeveless design consistent from front to rear.

3. Crossed Waist Draping
The dress gathers and crosses diagonally toward one hip, giving the waist an asymmetrical focal point. The draped folds continue into the skirt and help the fitted-looking shape follow the body before widening near the hem.

4. High Front-Side Slit
