If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

📦 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With original tags and accessories
  • In the original packaging (opened bags/boxes are acceptable)

✨ Quality Issues

If we made a mistake or the item arrived with a clear defect, we’ll happily cover the return cost or send a replacement.

Quality issues include:

  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size/color sent
  • Obvious manufacturing defects

🌈 Non-Quality Returns (Didn’t Like / Didn’t Fit)

We completely understand that sometimes an item simply doesn’t meet expectations.

For non-quality returns, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

This includes reasons such as:

  • Didn’t like the style/color
  • Doesn’t fit as expected
  • Texture, thickness, or feel not matching preference
  • Minor color differences due to lighting/screens

Because international shipping can be expensive, we always do our best to offer easy, budget-friendly alternatives, such as partial refunds or discount compensation, so customers don’t have to ship items back.

🚚 Important Note About Return Addresses

The address printed on the shipping label belongs to the carrier’s processing center, not our warehouse.

Please contact us before returning anything, and we’ll provide the correct return address.

Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected by the carrier.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
