Shipping

Yes! Fynony provides free shipping for orders over $69 for most shipping destinations. You can find the shipping policy applicable to your order on the checkout page.

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic orders, and DHL and Canada Post for international orders. Detailed shipping options are available at checkout.

We offer global shipping and ship your orders from the warehouse closest to your location. Currently, we operate warehouses in China, the United States, and Europe to ensure faster delivery. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from another location at no additional cost to you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return & Warranty

30-Day Free Returns:

We are pleased to offer free returns for items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • For international orders, we do not cover return shipping costs. Please use your preferred carrier to return the items and provide the tracking number once shipped.

1-Year Warranty:

We proudly offer a 1-year satisfaction warranty on all products. If you encounter any issues within one year of purchase, our team is here to help.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
  • Please expect your bank to process the refund within 7-21 business days after we have received the returned items.

We no longer facilitate direct exchanges. For an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns. Returned products must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged to qualify.

For returns within the United States, a fee of $9.99 is deducted from your refund. For international returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

At Fynony, our warranty extends for 1 year from your purchase date, covering all manufacturing defects. If any issues arise, we provide a no-cost, one-time repair or replacement of your original purchase, including all its components. This service also includes free retrieval of the defective item and delivery of the replacement without any fees or deductibles.

  • The natural reduction in filling plushness or material softness with prolonged use.
  • Ordinary wear and tear from daily use, cleaning, or laundering.
