返品または交換ポリシーはどのようになっていますか?
We want you to love your Fynony® Products as much as we do.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, you now have 30 days to return them with a money-back guarantee.
Returns Policy
Our return policy has been extended to 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we currently do not provide return shipping labels.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
It's important to send your product back in its original packaging. Items not returned in the original package may be subject to a partial refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for returns:
- Products must include all accessories.
- Items must be in the original packaging (open boxes and bags are acceptable).
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase, items that have exceeded their warranty period, non-quality-related issues , free products, repairs through 3rd parties, damage from outside sources, misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly), and purchases from unauthorized resellers will not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Cost
- Restocking fee: No restocking fee.
- For damaged/wrong Products: If you received damaged or the wrong products, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Customer remorse: If you bought the wrong product or wish to exchange the products, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
How to Return
- Step 1: Email our customer service at support@fynony.com to request an exchange/return.
- Step 2: Our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and address. Please follow these instructions and, if possible, provide us with photos as return documentation.
- Step 3: You will receive a refund or have your exchange processed within one week after we receive your package. We'll email you once we're processing your refund or exchange.
- Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Most banks take within 14 business days to complete the refund process. If the time frame has been exceeded and your refund is still not reflected, please contact us at support@fynony.com and provide your Authorization Number to your bank.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

返品または交換の対象となるためには、製品が清潔で、損傷がなく、未洗浄の状態であり、元の包装に入っている必要があります。

30日間の無料トライアル期間中、イギリスへの返品は無料で提供しています。送料を含む元の注文金額はお客様に全額返金されます。
返品の処理には通常5~7営業日かかります。返品が確認され次第、元の支払い方法に返金いたします。返金が元の支払い方法に戻るまで3~7営業日かかることがありますのでご了承ください。
返品または交換を開始するには、注文番号を添えてsupport@fynony.comまでご連絡ください。製品が試用期間中の場合、返品用の配送ラベルと、荷物の送付方法および送付先の指示をお送りします。製品を受け取り次第、5-8営業日以内に元の支払い口座に注文の返金を行うか、交換品の発送を手配いたします。
